Tenant Improvement Contractor in Baton RougeRetail, Office & Medical Buildouts
Tenant improvements are the daily reality of Baton Rouge commercial real estate. Spaces turn over, tenants sign new leases, and someone has to translate a lease and a layout into a working storefront, office, or clinic.
All Pro Builders Louisiana works with property owners, property managers, and tenants on retail, office, medical, restaurant, and small commercial buildouts in Greater Baton Rouge. We focus on schedule, scope, and finishes that hold up to daily public use.

Questions We Hear
About This Service
Can you work directly with a property manager or landlord?
Yes. We work with both landlords and tenants. We can coordinate with the property manager on scope, COIs, and access while keeping the tenant informed about schedule and finishes.
How long does a typical retail buildout take?
Most small retail and office buildouts run six to twelve weeks once permits are issued, depending on scope, finishes, and inspection timing. Restaurants and medical spaces often run longer because of plumbing and equipment.
Do you handle permitting for tenant improvements?
Yes. We handle Baton Rouge area permitting, including coordinating drawings, submittals, and inspection scheduling.
Can you work after hours so the rest of the building stays open?
When the project is in an occupied center, we can plan demolition, deliveries, and noisy work around tenant hours where the schedule allows.
